The Film Estonia rebate system supports the production of feature films, documentaries, animated films, animated series, and high-end TV drama, as well as the post-production of all these works. A rebate of up to 30% on eligible production costs can be applied for international production services or co-productions.
Anneli studied German in Estonian University of Humanities and film production at Film Studies of University of Hamburg, Germany. She has been actively making films since 1995.
Anneli is a member of the Association of Estonian Film Producers and an Associate Professor and the Head of Production Studies at Baltic Film and Media School. Also, a current member of European Film Academy.
